Schedule Your Initial Consultation:
During your initial 20-30 minute consultation visit, we’ll answer your questions, address your concerns and help guide you in the right direction toward long-lasting relief! Honest recommendations are always our priority. We have a highly trained and experienced team of healthcare experts and, if we’re not the right place for you, we’ll help you find the right place!
There is a $60 non-refundable consultation fee to reserve your scheduled consultation visit. If there are any other fees during your initial consultation visit, they will be discussed with you in advance to avoid any surprises. If your schedule changes unexpectedly, you can reschedule your consultation visit within ten days.

Thorough Examination:
If indicated, and when you’re ready get started pinpointing the true cause of your migraine and headache symptoms, we can continue with any necessary examination procedures. This visit may include…
– Physical examination, neurological examination, spinal examination and orthopedic examination procedures as necessary.
– Complete review of your examination findings with you in simple, easy to understand language.
– Recommendations for any other necessary exams or testing.
– Personalized RAP Sheet (Recommended Action Plan) with simple, step-by-step recommendations to address the true cause of your problem.
– Personalized Portfolio to take home with all of your findings and specific recommendations to address your problems once and for all.
The fee for your initial examination visit will vary and can range from $99 to $299. We will answer all of your questions and discuss any concerns that you may have and help with payment arrangements if necessary.
