Missed school attendance, missed family activities and frequent visits to the doctor’s office and hospital were my everyday reality. Each doctor or specialist that I visited had a differing, and even conflicting, opinion but seemed more than happy to treat my migraine symptoms, but the real cause was never identified or addressed and my migraines continued to worsen.
Years later, I was lucky enough to find a specialist who helped me realize that my migraines may NOT be a “head problem” and if you’re looking in the wrong place, you’ll never find what you’re looking for… the REAL CAUSE! I’ve now been migraine-free for three decades, without the need for continuing treatment of any kind, I’m very thankful that I found long-lasting relief that I was told wasn’t possible.
